岩石力学试验微机控制系统

摘要: 为获得岩石真实的全过程力学特性曲线,在传统试验机基础上,应用计算机技术、机电一体化技术和液压技术研究了由微机电液伺服控制的岩石力学试验机系统。该系统数据的定时、触发、A/D转换均由 PC812PG 多功能板完成,不需CPU控制。PC812PG 多功能板采样与 CPU 并行工作,节省了 CPU 工作时间,计算机系统效率高,有利于提高控制系统的频率响应。岩石力学试验机系统调试及试验应用的效果表明:系统运行正常,控制准确、平稳,数据可靠。

Abstract: In order to obtain the complete and real mechanics characteristic curve of rock, the rock mechanics testing system controlled by the microcomputer, electro-hydraulic servo control, was studied, which is based on the traditional mechanics test. The timing, trigger, and A/D conversion of the syetem are completed by multi-functional panel PC812PG, and the CPU control is not needed. The panel PC812PG sampling runs at the same time of CPU, which saves the of time CPU. The computer system has high efficiency, and avails to improve the frequency response of control system. The application and debugging of the rock testing system indicates that the system can be controlled exactly and smoothly, and the results of the experiment is reliable.
