不同产地红景天提取物抗氧化活性的比较

Antioxidant activity of Rhodiola extracts from different regions

摘要: 对比了分别产自吉林、陕西和云南的红景天提取物的总黄酮含量及抗氧化活性。结果表明,云南产红景天中黄酮类物质含量较高。样品液浓度达到0.05 mg/mL时,DPPH清除活性强弱顺序为Vc>吉林产红景天>云南产红景天>陕西产红景天>TBHQ;样品液浓度为1 mg/mL时,羟自由基的清除活性强弱顺序为Vc>吉林产红景天>TBHQ>陕西产红景天>云南产红景天;还原力强弱顺序为Vc>TBHQ>陕西产红景天>吉林产红景天>云南产红景天。提取物浓度达到0.5 mg/mL时,脂质体氧化抑制能力强弱顺序为吉林产红景天>陕西产红景天>云南产红景天>TBHQ>Vc。红景天提取物可作为天然抗氧化剂使用。

Abstract: The flavone contents and antioxidant activities of the extracts of Rhodiola grown in Jilin, Shanxi and Yunnan provinces were compared. Results show that the Rhodiola from Yunnan has contains highest flavone content. It was found that when the concentration of the extracts reaches 0.05 mg/mL, the DPPH radial scavenging activities are in the order: Vc>Jilin Rhodiola>Yunnan Rhodiola>Shanxi Rhodiola>TBHQ. When the concentration reaches 1.0 mg/mL, the hydroxyl radical scavenging activities are in the order: Vc>Jilin Rhodiola>TBHQ>Shanxi Rhodiola>Yunnan phodiola, and the order of the reducing power is Vc>TBHQ>Sanxi Rhodiola>Jlin Rhodiola>Yunnan Rhodiola. When the concentration reaches 0.5 mg/mL, the liposome oxidation inhibitory activities are in the order: Jilin Rhodiola>Shanxi Rhodiola>Yunnan Rhodiola>TBHQ>Vc. The extract of Rhodiola is a potential natural antioxidant that can be used in food industry.
