公路隧道SMA阻燃沥青路面路用性能

Highway tunnel fire retardant SMA asphalt pavement performance

摘要:

为使公路隧道沥青路面具有良好的路用性能,对沥青混合料4.75 mm以上的粗骨料级配做调整,以及添加无毒、低烟和可以提高路用性能的复合阻燃剂。研究了沥青加入阻燃剂后氧指数的变化、增加4.75 mm以上的粗骨料比例和添加阻燃剂对沥青混合料路用性能的影响。试验结果表明, SMA阻燃沥青混合料具有良好的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性、粘结性、抗压回弹模量和劈裂强度。而且,阻燃剂最佳掺量为沥青质量的7%,此时无论常温还是高温沥青的氧指数都能达到33。

Abstract:

In order to enable the asphalt pavement of Highway Tunnel has a good performance, adjusted asphalt mixture in the above 4.75 millimeters thick aggregate gradation, and add nontoxic, low smoke and can improve the road performance of the composite fire retardant. Studied the changes oxygen index after adding flame retardant asphalt, increased in the above 4.75 millimeters the proportion of coarse aggregate and added flame retardants impact on the road with asphalt mixture performance. Test results show that flame retardant SMA asphalt mixture has good high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance, water stability, bonding, and resilient modulus compressive strength and splitting. Moreover, the best flame retardant content is the the 7% of asphalt quality, at this time regardless of ambient temperature or high temperature, the oxygen index of asphalt can reach 33.
