利用三参数自动换挡策略的轮式装载机传动系建模与遗传算法优化

Modeling of wheel loader powertrain with three-parameters shift strategy and optimization with genetic algorithm

摘要:

将液压系统负载的分流系数作为动态参数引入换挡策略,提出了以油门开度、车速、液压系统负载分流系数为控制参数的装载机三参数自动换挡策略,避免了传统换挡策略将液压系统负载作为常值而产生的不良换挡行为。建立了传动系动力学仿真模型,通过分析油耗特性和传动系载荷信号验证了仿真模型的合理性。在此基础上构建了基于遗传算法的传动性能优化模型,结果表明:利用本文建立的仿真模型和三参数换挡曲面得到的优化解可以使传动系在满足动力性能要求的情况下燃油消耗更低。

Abstract:

A three-parameter shift strategy of wheel loader using throttle opening,vehicle speed,and coefficient of hydraulic load as control parameters was proposed.Bad shift behavior caused by traditional method,which treats the load of hydraulic system as a constant,was avoided.The dynamic simulation model of powertrain was established,the rationality of which was verified through analyzing the characteristics of fuel consumption and load signals of powertrain.A transmission performance optimization model based on genetic algorithm was constructed.The simulation results showed that the optimization solution obtained by the simulation model and three-parameter shift strategy can achieve lower fuel consumption on the condition that the powertrain meets the dynamic requirements.
