基于网络DEA方法的机械产品生产过程效率测度

Efficiency measurement of mechanical production manufacturing process based on network DEA

摘要: 从原材料、设备、人员和误差传递系数4个角度出发,构建了机械产品生产过程效率评价指标体系,运用两阶段网络DEA模型,对某机械产品的同类15条生产线进行评价,其中每条生产线是由两个连续加工工序组成的系统,每个工序可作为该系统的子系统。根据评价结果,以系统效率最优的决策单元为标杆,对系统效率较差的决策单元中的误差传递系数和公差两项指标进行了投影分析,分析结果表明,在机械产品加工制造过程中,对误差传递系数和公差同时调整,才能使系统效率达到最佳状态。

Abstract: From four aspects of raw materials,equipment,personnel and error transmission factor, an index system of efficiency evaluation for mechanical production manufacturing process system was established, and it was used to evaluate similar 15 production lines of certain mechanical product using two-stage network DEA, which each production line is composed of two successive processing operations, each operation can be regarded as a subsystem of the line. According to the results of evaluations, the projection analysis were conducted on the error propagation coefficient and tolerances in the decision making units of low efficiency system, with decision making units of high efficiency as a reference. The results indicate that in the mechanical production manufacturing process, the best system efficiency and subsystem efficiency can be achieved only when the error propagation coefficient and tolerances are adjusted at the same time.
