Abstract: We obtained one pure polyamine from staphylococcus aureus filtrate(SA F) by cation exchange resin column chromatography. The cell experiments proved that it has the accelerative effects on the cartilage cell. By the paper chromat ography, HPLC and IR spectrum we have identified it is spermine.
