Abstract: This paper deals with an application framework of command and control field based on the objectoriented design pattern, clarifies the vertical and horizontal relationship between layers in the framework, and the communication between layers through unified abstract interface reduces the level of coupling between layers. Practice shows that the establishment of the framework has a very important significance on improving software reuse, enhancing system scalability and maintainability, and other aspects.
