摘要:
代谢综合征(MS)是一种以人体物质代谢紊乱为基础的复杂综合征,是导致心脑血管疾病甚至部分肿瘤的危险因素,病因复杂且发病机制不明确。幽门螺杆菌(Hp)是最常见的致病菌之一,与多种疾病的发生发展有密切关联。目前,国内外关于Hp与MS及其各组分之间联系的研究较多,大部分研究认为二者之间存在关联,且Hp通过多种途径影响MS的发生发展,根除Hp可能成为治疗MS的新选择。现结合近年来国内外相关研究,探讨Hp与MS之间的关联性,分析Hp对MS患者肥胖、血糖、血脂和血压等方面的影响,旨在为MS的防治提供新思路。
