变参数振动钻削微孔的最佳振动参数的非线性回归

摘要: 提出了三区段变参数振动钻削微孔的新工艺;探讨了用非线性回归求取各区段最佳振动参数的方法;验证了以三区段最佳振动参数做变参数时,用振动钻孔可以全面降低微孔加工误差的优良工艺效果

Abstract: A new technology is put forward for vibration drilling under changed parameters of three cutting regions for machining micro holes.A new method is probed with which optimal vibration parameters of the stages are determined by non linear regression.Present investigation shows that the new method for vibration drilling,in which vibration parameters are changed with the optimal parameters of the stages,is an effective way to decrease error of drilling micro holes.
