闭塞模锻双动液压模架的研制

Development of double-action hydraulic die-sets for flashless-die-forging

摘要: 在综合分析国内外现有闭塞模锻模架的基础上,研制出了双冲头作用式闭塞模锻液压模架。本模架利用上下液压缸完成模具开合工作,压力机上滑块下行时,通过四连杆机构实现上、下凸模以预先调定的速比联动。在8000kN框架式液压机上利用该模架进行了捷达轿车差速器半轴齿轮闭塞冷锻工艺试验。试验证明,该模架设计合理,动作安全可靠,各项性能指标均达到了设计要求。

Abstract: Based on the summarization of the die-sets for flashless-die-forging at home and abroad, double-action hydraulic die-sets for the flashless-die-forging were developed.The opening and closing of the mould is performed by an upper and a lower hydraulic cylinders.The movement of the upper and lower punches are controlled by a four-barlinkage.The developed die-sets were tested in an 8000 kN frame type hydraulic press for the cold forging of Jetta car differential half-axle gears. The results show that the design of the die sets is reasonable, its function can be realized safely,and the performance parameters meet the design specifications.
