Four Fundamental Operations of Mathematics with Hundred Bits in Database System

Abstract: In this paper, based on the specialities of character variables, the authors introduce several functions in FoxPro, which break through the restrictions of 18-bit numerical precision, and can be used to process addition, substraction, multiplication and division with hundred bits, and expand the ability of calculation in database system. By means of these functions, the authors improve the known calculating result about Bernoulli number in FoxPro.
