computing method and experiment research on enhanced heat exchanger of plunges corrugated pipe

Abstract:

In accordance with the characteristics on heat transfer of corrugated pipe,the engineering design was optimized by the method of the theoretical analysis and experimental research.The method of calculation and design on the sewage heat exchanger of the submersible corrugated pipe was firstly put forward.The actual operating parameter of air-conditioning system used this heat exchanger has been measured by experiments.The test results show that quantity of heat released from this sewage heat exchanger can satisfy with demand on the cold(hot) load of building.At the same time,the result analysis of comparative experiment is performed with other nonmetallic sewage heat exchangers of the plastic-Al pipe and PP-R pipe.The theoretical basis and the technical parameters for the optimizing design and engineering application are provided in this paper.
