Dynamic partitioning method for road network intersection considering multiple factors

Abstract:

Based on the original path correlation model, considering the discrete vehicle, block and spatial characteristics of local traffic flow, path correlation model between adjacent crosses is established. This model compensates the shortcoming of the original model, which only considers a single index. Based on the calculation results of the path correlation model, signal control intersection groups are dynamically divided using the hierarchical clustering method. Case analysis and simulation results show that the new model of intersection group dynamic division based on signal control protocol can improve the regional Regulation efficiency.
