摘要: 为了提高传统颜色传感器颜色识别的效果与速度,减少识别误差,简化电路,将美国TAOS公司的TCS230高分辨率可编程颜色传感器与单片机89C2051相结合,设计了一种新型颜色检测系统,给出了该检测系统的硬件设计电路及颜色识别测试流程。该系统的精度可达10位以上,响应频率2~500 kHz,具有可编程、采用数字信号输出、抗干扰能力强等特性,在光强检测控制领域得到广泛应用。

Abstract: In order to increase the efficiency of color test and the peed of traditonal Colorimeter sensors,reduce the test error and simplify circuit,we introduce the Colorimeter sensors of America TAOS(Texas Advanced Optoelectronic Solutions) company-TCS230 sensors.By using TCS230 and microcontroller 89C2051, a new Colorimeter System can be achieved. Also,the article introduces the hardware design of this system and the flow chart of the software.The precision of this system is above 10 bit and respond freqency is 2~500 kHz. This system has the new feature of programmability,digital signal output,high counter-interference capability and so on, it has been widely used in Colorimeter test control field.
