摘要: 为解决沥青混合料车辙试验传统教学过程中学生实践操作不足的问题,基于Unity3D 虚拟现实平台,引入VR( Virtual Reality) 虚拟现实技术,研发了一种沥青混合料车辙虚拟仿真系统。该系统按照真实的实验环境和实验流程进行虚拟仿真和交互设计,包括实验指导书、器材认知、虚拟仿真实验和实验报告4 个模块,含有自动演示和人机交互两种运行模式供学生自由选择。实验仿真结果表明,实现了沥青混合料车辙试验的3D 立体虚拟仿真体验学习,且运行效果良好。该系统在一定程度上解决了沥青混合料车辙实验中本科教学的难点,有助于提高实验教学的效率,对培养学生动手能力和操作能力具有重要意义。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of insufficient practical operation of students in the traditional teaching process of asphalt mixture rutting experiment,the asphalt mixture rutting virtual simulation system is developed.Based on Unity 3D virtual reality platform,and virtual reality technology is introduced. Virtual simulation and interaction design are carried out according to real experimental environment and process in this system,which has four modules: experiment guidance,equipment recognition,virtual simulation and experiment report. The operation mode includes automatic demonstration and human-computer interaction for students to choose freely,which realizes 3D virtual simulation experience learning of asphalt mixture rutting test,and its running effect is good. The system solves the difficulties in undergraduate teaching of asphalt mixture rutting experiment,which is helpful to improve the efficiency of experimental teaching projects,and is of great significance to cultivate students' practical ability and operational ability.
