Abstract: In the operation of virtual enterprise to address how UDDI（Universal Description Discovery and Integration） select the appropriate partners, Web Services between the workflow issues. Web Services based on the virtual enterprise information system architecture of the prototype. Web Services by virtue of its loose coupling, a complete package, a high degree of integration and good cross-platform and open, and other characteristics into building a virtual enterprise information system is the appropriate technology. The heterogeneous distributed systems used in Web Services technology is the trend of the times, it should conform to this trend, the use of advanced, low-cost solutions. In the virtual enterprise and Web Services on the basis of the analysis, the feasibility of the method are discussed.
