基于切向鄄轮廓控制与位置补偿的凸轮轮廓控制

Cam Profile Control Based on Tangential-Contouring Control and Position Compensation

摘要: 为解决凸轮磨削系统的轮廓控制问题, 在分析轮廓误差的基础上, 提出了一种位置跟踪补偿算法与切向鄄轮廓控制相结合的控制策略。 在两运动轴间引入切向鄄轮廓控制, 将轮廓误差坐标变换于切向鄄轮廓坐标系中。 对此变换后得到的两个误差分量, 单独设计其对应的控制器。 为弥补切向鄄轮廓控制带来的不足, 在位置环外增加补偿器, 通过额外补偿跟踪误差, 以保证系统性能, 同时提高了系统各轴对输入信号的跟踪能力。所提控制策略在 Simulink 仿真平台上的实验结果表明, 该策略减小了系统的跟踪误差和轮廓误差, 具有良好的跟踪性能与轮廓性能。

Abstract: In order to solve the profile control problem for the cam grinding system on the basis of analyzing the contour error, the control scheme that combines tangential-contouring control with position tracking compensation was proposed. The tangential-contouring control was used between two motion axes, and contour error was transformed into tangential-contouring coordinate frame. With regard to error components obtained from coordinate transformation, two corresponding controllers were desgined reseparately. To make up the deficiency of tangential-contouring control, there were employed compensators outside the position loop by additionally compensating position tracking error to guarantee the system performance and enhance the tracking ability of input signal of each axis simultaneously. Several experiments have been conducted on Simulink platform to test the proposed control scheme. The results show that the proposed control scheme decreases tracking error and contour error, and presents excellent contouring and tracking performances.
