基于C8051F020单片机的半导体激光器稳频系统

摘要:

为推进半导体激光器稳频技术向数字化、 智能化发展, 提出一种基于C8051F020单片机的数字辅助稳频方法。该方法通过对饱和吸收信号进行检测, 得到半导体激光器频率变化的误差量, 再利用对误差信号的计算处理反馈给电流控制及温度控制, 从而对半导体激光器进行稳频, 并据此思路设计了稳频系统的硬件电路及软件辅助锁频程序。经实验验证, 该系统实现了开机自动稳频, 在失锁后能重新锁定, 得到秒稳8.39×10-11, 千秒稳7.99×10-12的稳定度指标。

Abstract:

In order to promote the digital and intelligent development of the frequency stabilization of diode laser, a digital assistant frequency stabilization method based on C8051F020 is proposed. The variation of frequency is obtained by detecting saturated absorption signal, and the system feeds back the error amount of frequency change to the current control and temperature control to keep the frequency stabilization of the diode laser. The hardware and the software of the frequency stabilization system are outlined. Experiment shows that it can automatically achieve frequency stabilization after power on, and can work continuously and stably in the long term, and losing lock condition can be quickly locked, the stability of the laser is 8.39×10-11(1 s), 7.99×10-12(1 024 s).
