Aiming at the problems of low retrieval efficiency and low recall rate in the library literature information resource recommendation and retrieval platform designed by the current method，a design method of the intelligent recommendation retrieval platform of the library document information resource is proposed． The platform architecture design，the search interface design and the platform function design are the framework of the library document information resource intelligent recommendation retrieval platform． The platform architecture design comprises an information base connection design and a visual information design，using mathematical tools

and the language． The implicit method and the display method are combined to construct the user interest model，

and the intelligent recommendation and retrieval of the library literature information resources are completed

through the cold start stage and the recommendation stage on the basis of the user interest model． The

experimental results show that the proposed method can complete the recommendation and retrieval of library

literature information resources in a short time，and the integrity of the retrieval resources is high，and the

retrieval efficiency of the proposed method is high and the recall rate is high．
