Abstract: In order to provide scientific and technological resources, and improve the quality and level of information services, the data mining technology and user portrait modeling method are applied to the information service platform of science and technology literature in Jilin Province ( referred to as “ platform”), and the correlation between data can be found and mined according to the historical data of user downloaded literature.
