Design and Implementation of Medical Big Data Platform

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of efficient storage, processing and analysis of medical data, a medical big data platform is designed and developed. HDFS (Hadoop distributed file system) is built and deployed, and a website platform based on Tomcat server is designed. The web server is combined with distributed file system by writing Hadoop web API, and a Python script program with high data processing efficiency is designed to read and analyze medical data. The test results show that medical big data platform achieves the expected functions of data storage, sharing and visualization.
