Abstract:
Sequence alignment is the basis of sequence analysis, which describes the similarity of sequences in a set to understand the biological characteristics of a gene family concisely. The dynamic programming algorithm is adopted to analyze the similarity of the sequence of currentnew H1N1 influenza virus gene sequences and their encoded amino acid sequences. Some important genetic information is obtained, such as high homologous between NA and M gene fragments of 2009 new H1N1 influenza virus and corresponding gene fragments of 2008 swine H1N1 influenza, gene mutation in some sites plusdeletion mutation. These results provide the basis for the further study of this new H1N1 influenza virus.
