Sequence Analysis Based on Dynamic Algorithm

Abstract:

Sequence alignment is the basis of sequence analysis, which describes the similarity of sequences in a set to understand the biological characteristics of a gene family concisely. The dynamic programming algorithm is adopted to analyze the similarity of the sequence of currentnew H1N1 influenza virus gene sequences and their encoded amino acid sequences.Some important genetic information is obtained,such as high homologous between NA and M gene fragments of 2009 new H1N1 influenza virus and corresponding gene fragments of 2008 swine H1N1 influenza, gene mutation in some sites plusdeletion mutation. These results provide the basis for the further study of this new H1N1 influenza virus.
