Abstract: For currently the database of business system in telecommunications business did not have a very good connection leading to an issue of information island,using of the data warehouse,the new data organization and storage methods, to effectively deal with data analysis and decision-making for the telecommunications business. According to business data, the data warehouse platform, the functional framework and software are developed. Through the interface design to norms and organizations datas is necessary, carry on configuration environment based on the regulate and organizations, the data will be pretreated loading the ODS through DI Designer, completion the data acquisition, storage, and visit by ETL(Extraction Transformation Loading）. The establishment of the platform can be to united the data of the each production system, and provide a strong background support for development and displayof the front,benefit the policy-making level more accurate grasp development situation of the enterprise.
