WSN Baoed Data Acquisition and Analysis System for Air Conditiuning of the Rail Paooenger Car

Abstract:

 In order to quickly and accurately verify the EMU air conditioning system simulation results,the author presents a program of data acquisition and analysis system.By comparing measurement and calculation.This system help designers to evaluate thermal comfort inside, establish new passenger car airconditioning effect of test mode. System consists of wireless data acquisition subsystem, airconditioning performance analysis software and a database composed of airconditioning design. Wireless sensor networks based on ZigBee protocol, node hardware application JN5139 module design, the tree algorithm used Cskip network address allocation policy, the nonlinear compensation of temperature and humidity sensor; CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) calculations using the FLUENT software; with ADPI(Air Diffusion Performance Index) Evaluate thermal comfort. Smallscale simulation experiments show that the system is reliable, accurate realization of the temperature and humidity and other parameters of the realtime measurement.
