Suspension virtual prototype database based on multibody system dynamics

Based on the theory of multibody system dynamics,a virtual suspension prototype database was established from the suspension kinematics and compliance(K&C) relationships.The database includes many kinds of suspension,is characterized by following merits:(1)openness,the user may conveniently build its own suspension virtual prototype through parameter modification;(2)practicability,all suspensions included in the database are the real suspensions in the manufacturer products,the suspension K&C characteristis obtained from simulation are valuable for engineering reference;(3)basicness,whole vehicle virtual prototypes with different front and rear suspensions may be built from the database.The built database lays a foundation for synthesis,integration,and design parallelization of the vehicle suspension and even whole chassis product.

Based on the previously developed traction control system, a gearshift intervention strategy in an automatic mechanical transmission for the traction control was presented. A software and hardwareintheloop simulator was erected, and bench tests on the typical adhesion roads were made. The results show that the traction control system, based on the combined regulation of the engine, the transmission and the brake can effectively improve the vehicle accelerating performance on the lowμ roads.

A vehicle dynamic model was established for the humanvehicle closeloop system to analyze the vehicle stability.Two direct yaw moment control(DYC) strategies,i.e.,the feedforward and single neuron PID control strategies were proposed to ensure the zero sideslip angle of the mass center.Through the simulation at low adhesion roads with double lane change,the two control strategies were compared.The seiulation results show that the single neuron DYC control strategy can more effectively control the wheel and vehicle motion,improve the lateral and longitudinal stability of the vehicle.

A full hybrid electric bus(HEB) model was established on the platform of the forwardlooking software CRUISE,and a control strategy for the active and synchronized gearshift process was developed.The transient behaviors of the main power components during the gearshift were simulated,and the rationality of the control strategy was validated by experiments on the actual HEB.The active and synchronized gearshift control was realized really on the HEB,enhancing the function of the multiple energy source controller.

Application of renewal theory in vehicle optimal

Two mathematical models for the vehicle optimal maintenance period were established based on renewal thory and optimization theory.The models put the currently in effect regulations of the detection,diagnosis,maintenance and repair of the vehicle into consideration,choose the economical benifit that the vehicle application, maintenance and repair policymakers concern for as the optimization objective.The research results show that renewal theory can be used to direct the policymaker of the vehicle maintenance and repair and it is very effective to simplify the mathematical models and the solutions to the models.The mathematical model for the vehicle optimal maintenance period based on renewal theory and renewal function can provide the accurate,reliable and practical solution.

Effects of fuel cetane number on emission behavior from a small diesel engine

With a selfmade transient operation condition control and measure system, the effects of the fuel cetane number on emissions behavior from a small direct injection diesel engine have been studied under steady and transient operation conditions. The experiment results showed that the smoke increases and HC and NOx emission decreases while ignition delay shortens with the increase of the cetane number under steady operation conditions. The smoke increases and NOx emission decreases with the cetane number increases under constant speed and increasing torque conditions. So, an appropriate cetane number should be considered for NOx emissions and smoke opacity reductions. Moreover, there are two limits of the fuel cetane number for the smoke opacity. The effect builds up while the cetane number is less than 50 or more than 60.

To overcome the difficulty of the cold start in the electronically controlled injection sparkignition methanol engine at low ambient temperatures, the effects of several auxiliary heating measures, including the intake air preheating, the fuel preheating, and the glowplug preheating on the firing behavior of the engine were investigated experimentally and then the results were evaluated. The results show that both the intake air preheating and the fuel preheating can not assure the reliable firing of the methanol engine during the cold start, but the glowplug will do.

A test bench to simulate the rapid start of the engine with an integrated starter/generator system for the hybrid electric vehicle was presented. The transient behaviors, especially the transient hydrocarbon(HC) emissions from a inlet port fuel injected gasoline engine under rapid start at different speeds were tested to simulat the engine with ISG. The test results show that the engine demonstrates more transient behavior under the rapid start conditions at high cranking speeds than the traditional engine under the normal start conditions. The intake manifold pressure is lower when the cranking speed increases, thus the fuel metering strategy should be modified. The incomplete combustion and misfire are more liable to come into being at the first 2~9 cycles during the start process. With the increase of cranking speed, the incomplete combustion becomes more serious, leading to higher HC emissions. Under the start conditions the HC emissions can not be converted effectively by the threeway catalytic converter no matter how high the cranking speed is but its conversion rate depends on speed. When the cranking speed increases, the conversion rate decreases firstly, then increases again. For the condition of this study, the postcatalyst HC emissions appear minimum at the speed about 1000 r/min.

Economy level and freight model utilizing quick Kmeans cluster method

The cluster analysis for the industry production level and the freight volume of different regions in China were performed using the quick Kmeans cluster method to gain the classification in the cluster membership.A further regression analysis for the sectional classification data was made based on the classification data in the cluster membership of different provinces and cities in China.Five clusters were achieved using the logarithms of the industry product level and the freight volume as 2 cluster factors.The model for the quantitative relations between the growth rates of the regional economical level and the regional freight volume was established through the combined qualitative and quantitative analyses.The correlation coefficient of this model ranges from 0.901 to 0.982,indicating its superior internal consistency and high confidence level.

Taking the geographic information system(GIS) as development platform,on the basis of the regional electronic map,the overall structure and functions of a grain logistics decisionmaking support system(GLDSS) based on GIS were designed. A database and modelbased management system were developed.The core functions of the GLDSS,including the management of the order,the inventory,the customer relation,the vehicle manenver and the model base were realized.Through the case study,a VRP model with time limitation was established to optimize the routes from the grain logistics center to the end users.The vehicle route optimization problem was studied,and the visualization of the optimized routes was accomplished.

A digital image processing system instead of the traditional displacement sensor data acquisition system was used to the indirect tensile test of asphalt mixtures,and their displacement field and damage form in mesostructure were recorded.The lowtemperature tensile performances of asphalt mixtures with fine and coarse aggregate structures were analyzed and the variations of the axial,radial and volume strains and Poisson ratio of asphalt mixtures under different states were investigated.Data analysis indicates that the elastic compression and shear dilatation of asphalt mixture are closely related to its loading history,reflecting its structural deformation process.The lowtemperature cracking of asphalt mixtures is more dependent on the interface cohesive strength between granule and asphalt binder.The good skeleton structure is the prerequisite for the resistance of asphalt mixture against the tensile deformation.

In consideration of the unsatisfactory antiseismic behavior of the concrete small hollow block wall, an idea to improve the behavior was proposed,that is,sticking the glass fiber reinforced polymer(GFRP) sheet with good mechanical properties on the surface of the concrete wall to form a composite GFRPconcrete small hollow block wall.Through the quasistatic tests on 5 specimens including 1 standard specimen for contrast,the antiseismic behaviors of the composite GFRPconcrete small hollow block walls with different GFRP sheet sticking modes were investigated.The test results indicate that the antiseismic behavior of the composite wall is better than the concrete wall,the composite wall is characterized by higher shear bearing capacity,ductility and energydissipation capacity than the concrete wall.

The effects of the pulse current on the microstructures and mechanical properties of Ti6Al4V alloy were investigated using microstructures observation, mechanical testing and fracture analysis. The results show that pulse current causes the rapid increase in temperature of specimen, formation of comparatively high thermal compressive stress,phase transition from α to β. Subsequently, β is transformed into α′ due to higher cooling speed. As a result of highrheating and cooling rates, for the new phase,the nucleation rate increases but the growth time decreases,resulting in the refinement of the microstructure.The combination of phase transition and microstructural refinement gives rise to the improvement in mechanical properties and change in resistance of Ti6Al4V alloy. Mechanical properties of Ti6Al4V alloy can be enhanced remarkably by optimizing electropulsing parameters. Transformation degree of the microstructure canbe characterized indirectly after electropulsing treatment by measuring the change in resistance.

Laser lap welding experiments of aluminum alloy 5A03H24 of 1.4 mm thickness were carried out using Nd: YAG laser at different preheating temperature with the same welding parameters. The results show that the width and the penetration of the welds increase with increasing the preheating temperature,this phenomenon become more evident when the temperature is higher than 250 ℃. The processing stability and weld shaping are improved as the temperature is increased below the 250 ℃, the microstructures of the welds become coarse but not evident when as the temperature is less than 200 ℃, as the preheating temperature is increased, the microhardness in the different regions decreased to different extents: qutie little in the weld, HAZ and base material as the temperature is lower than 100 ℃, 200 ℃ and 300 ℃,respectively.

The advantages and disadvantages between micromachine tools and traditional precision/ultraprecision machine tools were compared. The developments of the micromachine tools in Japan, America, Korea and China were presented. The effects of minimum chip thickness and material microstructure on the microcutting were analyzed. The other mechanisms of microcutting, such as microburrs, surface generation, cutting force modelling, and microcutter wear were also discussed. Finally, some comments on future needs and directions for the microcutting were offered.

An oil film circumferential velocity distribution model was established for the squeeze film damper(SFD) with the long bearing assumption based on NavierStokes equations with the fluid inertia terms.The model was validated by the numerical calculation.Analysis results by the model show that the effect of the fluid inertia on the oil film circumferential velocity distribution may be neglected when the Reynolds number of the squeeze film Re<2,but with the Re increasing,the neglect of the inertia increases the analysis error of the oil film dynamic paramters.The model for the SFD provids a basis for the further investigation into the effect of the oil film inertia on the film dynamic parameters.

To solve the precise calibration of the camera intrinsic parameters,a dummy solid calibration method using the beam collimation algorithm was proposed.A comprehensive calibration model was established through the analysis of the distortion factors in the camera imaging process.A collinearity equation of the calibration parameters was derived and linearized.An error model based on GaussMarkov principle was built to solve the optimization problem of camera parameters. A dummy solid calibration template was formed by an infrared LED moving with constant interval with the probe of the coordinates measurement machine,and the precise calibration control points were acquired.The validating calibration test was performed and its result indicates that the method is viable,and can solve the precise calibration of camera intrinsic parameters in the vision coordinates measurement system.

The heat transfer behavior of the double cylinder shock absorber(DCSA) which is widely used in the vehicle is unsatisfactory.The oil temperature rise which affects the reliability of oil seals significantly is the key problem which must be considered in reliability design of the DCSA.Therefore,a physical model for the heat transfer of the DCSA was built.The calorigenic mechanism of the oil in the DCSA was analyzed,the related convective heat transfer coefficient and the heat conduction equation were derived.Considering the radiation heat trasfer,an overall heat transfer expression was acquired and solved.A thermodynamic model was built for the DCSA based on the energy conservation law.The effects of the absorber cylinder dimensions and the heat radiation emissivity on the oil temperature rise were analyzed by programming of the model,and the obtained results provide a reference for the DCSA design.

To improve the efficiency of the transmission system of the construction vehicle,a simulation model was established for the fourparameter automatic transmission of the construction vehicle based on the back propagation neural netroork(BPNN).The BPNN was trained by the experimental data of the automatic transmission control.The simulation test was performed for validation.The simulation results show that the BPNN can choose the optimal gear of the transmission from the vehicle operation condition,improve the efficiency of the hydraulic torque converter and save energy.

A new concept of statichydraulic system with secondary regulation was proposed, extending the coupling concept from the pressure coupled system to the flow coupled system.The basic configuration,the working principle and the characteristics of the flow coupled system with secondary regulation(FCSSR) were introduced and the differences between FCSSR and the traditional pressure coupled system with secondary regulation and between FCSSR and the traditional flow coupled system were analyzed.A mathematical model was established for FCSSR, and the test was performed. Test results indicate that FCSSR can recover and reuse the potential energy of the weight and realize the power matching among the electric motor,the hydraulic accumullator and the load.

A fast method of calculating the state vector derivatives of a defective system is presented based on the theory of generalized eigenvector and adjoint matrix. The state vector derivatives are expressed by a linear combination of generalized eigenvectors, and the expansion coefficients can be obtained by a recursion algorithm instead of solving largescale equations based on eigensolutions of original system. The numerical example is given to prove the efficiency of the method.

The comparative experiments on the abrasion under unlubricated friction condition between the samples with smooth and coupling nonsmooth surfaces were performed by help of the experimental optimum design.It was found that the wear rate of the samples with the concave nonsmooth surface is less than those with the smooth surface under the other same experimental conditions,i.e.the wearing resistance of the former is better than the latter.In order to discuss the effect of the nonsmooth concave on the stressstrain distributions on the sample surface,the sample stresses in the samples were measured at the compression condition,and analyzed by the finite element method using the software ANSYS.The results show that the concave structure ameliorates the surface stress distribution of the nonsmooth sample,makes the local stress between concaves less apparently than that of the smooth sample,that means the local low stress areas are formed on the nonsmooth surface.Moreover,the torque effect and low stress release effect of the nonsmooth structure were proposed preliminarily.

Detecting technique for surface texture on apples based on machine vision

A detection and classification technique for the apple surface texture based on the machine vision was proposed.The color images of apple were extracted and greyed using different algorithms.According to the feature that the surface textures locate in the sudden change areas of image grey value,the double grade sharpening was performed for the image using the typical grad algorithm.To make the texture more obvious,the data filtering based on the neighbor information was used to remove the image noise.The average grad of the image was calculated by the absolute difference algorithm.With the threshold of 55 selected,apples were divided into grad a with sharpcut texture and grad B with blurred texture.An automatic grading system composed of a PC computer,a programmable logic controller,a camera,and an image grabbing card was developed.41 crystal Fuji apples were graded automatically by the system with the grading error 4.9%, satisfying the requirement of application.

Identification of Hammerstein model based on gene expression programming

In identification of Hammerstein model, traditional methods need the pre-assumption of system structure and ranks, and the procedures are complicated. To overcome these shortcomings, the technique of gene expression programming is applied to the identification of Hammerstein model. The main contributions of this work include: ①proving the Volterra kernel of Hammerstein model and giving the necessary and sufficient condition for the system stability; ②formalizing the new concepts of structure individual and parameter individual, etc.; ③proposing a novel method to identify Hammerstein model based on gene expression programming, which can construct model structure and determine parameters automatically. Experiment results show that the proposed method is simple and efficient, which improves the identification performance. Different expressions of the model structure are adopted, and the lowest accuracy of the parameters estimation is about 93%.

The communication mechanism of OOAPN was studied in detail to enhance the initiative of OOAPN objects.A notion of communication event was proposed and a formalized model of multiagent software system based on OOAPN was presented.The mature objectoriented technique,the structurized concept and the formalized approach were applied to the modeling of multiagent software system. Results show that the proposed model can enhance the abilities of asynchronous communication and complex system modeling.

Method for mobile path prediction based on pattern mining and matching

The shortcomings of some existed mobile path prediction schemes are analyzed in this paper. Then a new prediction method based on pattern mining and matching is proposed, which we call MPP method. In this study we compare the performance of the MPP with that of Orderk Markov predictors using a trace of the mobility patterns of 1,200 users on real WiFi wireless network. Results show that using the MPP method we can achieve ideal predicting effect, which is equally good as or a little better than that using Order2 Markov predictor, which has the best performance among Markov Orderk predictors. Also based on MPP method we can realize incremental mining that further improves the predicting accuracy and the reliability.

Conventional architecture description languages were designed not for P2P systems, so they are unable to accurately describe the architecture frame of a P2P system. A P2P system oriented specific description language, P2P_ADL, is proposed in this paper. This language defines the architecture frame of a P2P system as an architecture mode with three layers, describing the share resource management, the layout and management of P2P network, the complication and interpretation of P2P protocol respectively. Extendable mechanisms corresponding to different layers are endowed by P2P_ADL. Then according to different layers and the extendable mechanisms the corresponding semantics elements are provided. Results of case analysis show that P2P_ADL is a suitable description language which can accurately describe the architecture frame of P2P systems.

Lifetime analysis in heterogeneous wireless sensor networks

The energy consumption issue of a kind heterogeneous wireless sensor networks was studied. Two types of sensor with different battery power are assumed to be uniformly deployed in a sensing field, one with a singlelayer of identical sensors and other with an additional overlay of fewer but more powerful sensors, which forms a eterogeneous wireless sensor network and works in clustering approach. Two type sensor energy consumptions were formulated and their lifetime with varying parameters related to the sensing field was studied. According to the theoretical analysis and experiment results, the optical number of clusters based on our proposed sensor model was obtained and the energy allocation between different layers was given. In addition, a relationship between the network lifetimes and sensor energy was found.

Modified particle swarm dynamic process neural network and its application

To overcome the shortcomings of slow convergent speed and low accuracy of the feedforward process neural network, an Improved Particle Swarm Optimization (IPSO) is proposed to train the dynamic process neural network. A fully connected feedforward dynamic process neural network can be converted into partially connected network by tuning the structure and choosing the connection weights of PNN simultaneously. This will result in significant cost reduction in implementation of the neural network. The dynamic process neural network trained by IPSO has been applied to Iris pattern classification. Results show that the modified particle swarm dynamic process neural network can accelerate the convergent speed and improve the accuracy.

Modeling and simulation of virtual plant should be efficient and realistic. Many existed modeling and simulation methods have been focused on the static organs of plant models, in which foliage are modeled by simple 2D polygons that the thickness and the motion of leaves are neglected. Such models are far from the realistic ones. A new modeling and animation method of broadleaf plants is proposed. According to the natural properties of broadleaf plants this method uses the similarity of the growth structure of leaves and stems in the modeling process. This method also takes the thickness of leaves into consideration in building 3D leaf model. In particular, by introducing the force constraint between midrib and parallel venation, the dynamic simulation of leaves can be vividly performed. Experiments show that the proposed method can simulate the leaf's motion effectively and realistically.

On the basis of research on the computer reality sense drawing technique based on the point, a new drawing technique based on the circlefield was proposed. Differing from the traditional drawing technique based on the mesh, the new technique uses the points on the 3dimensional object to construct a model.The points then are expanded to circles to form the basic drawing elements, and a realistic image can be obtained by removing backpoints,projecting circles onto screen and filling gaps smoothly.The proposed technique is characterized by simple data structure,small storage space requirement,fast drawing and easy to realize,providing a image with good reality sense.

A new candid and efficient scheme of electronic lottery (elottery) is proposed. This scheme utilizes a verifiable random function on the qDBDHI assumption over a bilinear group to generate the winning numbers of the elottery, to assure the anonymity of lottery players and to enable players to participate in the generation of the winning numbers and in the verification of the result. In comparison with previous schemes, the new scheme has shorter key and witness sizes. Moreover, the cost of computation for verifying the winning numbers is reduced because of the multilevel hash chain adopted in the scheme. The proposed scheme is suitable for lottery sale systems with many mobile users.

:Based on uniform rectangular array, using 2D unitary ESPRIT method that automatically matches 2D angles, with two dimensional spatial smoothing technique for decoherent, and by combination of EVESPA method, a 2DSSEVESPADOA estimation algorithm was proposed. In the coherent signals, this algorithm could group the 2D DOA angles according the different coherent source without 2D spectral peak searching and pair the 2D angles automatically. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the algorithm.

After the analysis of many curve fitting methods to obtain phasing time scale by using instantaneous frequency and the advantage and deficiency when they were applied in different sisuations, such as with different instantaneous frequency, with different sample pionts and with or without sudden frequency change, a multimode curve fitting method of instantaneous frequency was proposed. Then its applicability to different situation was elaborated. Simulation results illustrate the correctness of the method.

A robust eigenmode beamforming scheme was proposed for multiinput multioutput (MIMO) systems when the instantaneous channel information is not perfectly known at transmitter. Using minimum mean square error (MMSE) criterion at receiver, the mean square error (MSE) matrix submits to inverse wishart distribution at high signal to noise ratio (SNR). The beamforming vector was given when the objective functions were schur convex and schur concave repectively. Moreover powe4r allocation schemes were studied for some usual objective functions. Simulations show that the proposed scheme has a better performance than that of the traditional scheme when the channel information is not perfectively known at transmitter. And the scheme is obviously robust when the uncertanty of channel information changing.

A hybrid MAPPDA detection algorithm was proposed based on the original PDA algorithms. And the precent MAP and PDA algorithms can be considered both as the special cases of the proposed algorithm. Simulation results show that the tradeoff between complexity and performance of MAP and PDA can be controlled conveniently by a parameter in the proposed MAPPDA algorithm.

The feedback data for precoding in multicarrier systems increases linearly with an increase in the number of subcarriers.To solve this problem,a precoding scheme with limited feedback for MIMOOFDMA downlinks was proposed.First,a codebook of precoding matrices was constructed offline using the twovariable joint vector quantization algorithm.Then,the subcarriers were divided into subcarrier bands according to the correlation between subcarriers.And the receiver choosed the precoding matrices,the user,the angel parameter for each subcarrier band aiming at the capacity maximization.The indices of the precoding information were conveyed to the transmitter with limited bits of feedback.Finally,the transmitter obtained the information in its codebooks via the indices and then obtains precoding matrices for all the subcarriers by interpolation.Simulation results show that the proposed scheme achieves a larger capacity than the existing schemes with the same number of feedback bits.

Since the present algorithms are on the assumption of correct beacon information, when the network is attacked, especially the beacons are captured by opponent, all algorithms would not work. To address this issue, one protocol which does not increase the number of beacon or even do not use the beacon on the basis of the thought of validation node SLPDVNM which can realize localization by dynamic validation node combining some kind of localization algorithm mechanism was presented. Secure analysis and simulation of protocol performance based on MMSE localization algorithm show that the proposed protocol not only can overcome the infection of vicious beacon but also has good resistance ability against some known attack.

A new model of the NCSs with long timedelay was proposed using buffering method, the uncertain long time delay can be converted to switch in some certain time delays, thus decrease the delay increasement. According to the theory of discretetime Markov jump linear system, mixed H2/H∞ control problem for networked control systems (NCSs) with long timedelay was proposed and the robust mean square stable controller can be obtained based on LMI approach. The designed robust controller by using this proposed method proved to be simple and easy to realize. These results were applied to a threetank system and the simulations demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of the method.

An approach of H∞ controller design based on time driven and state preestimation technologies was presented for a class of networked contro systems with stochastic large time delay (this delay is larger than sample period). The control state of current periond was preestimated by the last state and the time delay, and the output was calculated by relative control law. The H∞ suboptimal controller was given by the cone complementarity linearization algorithm and linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Numerical example shows the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed condition and controllers design procedure.

Based on combining switched Lyapunov function and parameter dependent Lyapunov function, a robust H∞ filter with structure switched according to the system model changes was designed for networked control systems with limited bandwidth and polytopic uncertainties. A new improved performance criterion for the existence of robust H∞ filter was presented by introducing two slack matrices which made a kind separation between the system matrices and the positive definate Lyapunov matrices. A filter was directly derived from this criterion which can guarantee not only quadratic stability of the closedloop systems but also the H∞ norm bound within a predefined level. As a result, the vertexdependent Lyapunov function can be adopted to deliver a less conservative result. A numerical example was used to illustrate thte effect of the proposed approach.

Robust stability analysis and passivity for discretetime TakagiSugeno (TS) fuzzy systems with parametric uncertainties was studied via Lyapunov stability theory. Under the assumption of norm bounted parametric uncertainty, the TS fuzzy model can approximate nonlinear uncertain systemsa at any precision. On the basis of Lyapunov stability theory, a sufficient condition on the existence of robust passive controllers was derived. With linear matrix inequality (LMI) method, robust passive controllers were designed such that for all admissible uncertainties the closedloop system is robust stable and strictly passive. The robust passive controller design was parameterized in term of LMI problem. Furthermore, a convex optimization problem with LMI cnstrains was formulated to design robust passive controllers at maximum dissipation rate. A numerical example demonstrates the effect of the proposed design method.

Taking overactuated parallel manipulator with planar 3DOF as subject investigated, it's kinematics equation was presented. Based on virtual work principle and Equivalent force theory, the dynamic model was built. Thereafter, the feature of redundant actuated parallel manipulator inverse solution was analyzed. To extend the system life, a new optimization objective was brought forward for force allocation coordinating, which is named minimum weighted norm approach. Moreover, the rule of weight coefficient selecting was deduced on the basis of the difference between rated torque and real value. With the partial or global rule selected, the output of corresponding actuator can be adjusted accordingly. Thus torque of each joint was balanced and over output was avoided. Therefore the overall performance will be improved. Data calculating and analysis indicate this approach can better prevent the overloading of partial actuators and greatly ensure the system stability.

Based on screw theory and exponential product method, the inverse kinematics of the passive and active joints of the 6PRRS parallel robot was resolved. According to the mapping relation of input and output of the parallel robot, Jacobian matrix of this robot was obtained on the basis of velocity projection method. A systematic approach was developed to solve the inverse dynamics of a novel 6PRRS parallel robot. The dynamics equation of the robot constructed on the basis of Lagrange methodby using the principle of virtual work was achieved. A series of kinematics and dymanics issues of this kind robot were solved. These methods also have adaptibility to the research for similar parallel robots.

A control method of the prosthetic hand based on the electroencephalogram(EEG) of several designated mental tasks was proposed.The power spectrum density was estimated using Burg method to establish the multichannel EEG feature vectors.The vectors were fed into a linear neuron network to be classified.After the offline and online tests,a good result on recognizing 3 different modes was got.Using the enhancement of the α rhythm power when the eyes close as the triggering of the single test,the 3 degree of freedom control over the prosthetic hand was realized.

An autonomous visual operation strategy was proposed to the key issues such as calibration, recognition, orientation and visual servoing. A cooperative object method was adopted to recognize objects to adapt the extreme light changing condition in space. An effective cooperative object recognition algorithm was proposed and optimized depending on the limited computing capability in the satellite onorbit selfservicing platform. To improve orientation accuracy of the cooperative objective object in 3D Cartesian space, an orientation method with subpixed accuracy was implemented, which establishes a base for the imlementation of accurate visual servoing operation. The experiment results demonstrate the practicability of the proposed strategy.

A gray clustering algorithm based on Gauss whitening weighting function and a method to choose the parameter σ of the function were proposed.The values of the parameter σ were defined preliminarily after studying the DGA data of 34 groups of the fault power transformers.The experimental analysis demonstrates that the proposed fault diagnosis method leads to the results in good agreement with those by practical detections.This method seems effective and practical,and is charaterized by fast analysis and good realtimeness.

In view of the disadvantage of the traditional reliability screening method of the optoelectron coupled device(OCD),a new timedomain analysis method based on the independent component analysis(ICA) was proposed to analyze the noisy signals.The characteristics of the basic noises were analyzed with the two parameters in the ICA—kurtosis and entropy.According to these characteristics the basic noises were separated from the noisy signals by the ICA. The reliability classification rules of OCDs in the time domain were given by experiments.

The control of the highpower direct current supply SM3545 which has been used successfully in the nondestructive testing of the highpower semiconductor laser device array(LDA)was realized using the language SCPI in the integrated development environment Visual C++.NET. Supplying stepped constant current to LDAs,their quality and reliability were tested and evaluated by their characteristics of V,IdV/DI,P,and dP/dI versus I,etc. The test results indicate that the parameters such as stability degree and ripple coefficient of this power supply satisfied the need of LDA driving,and the extracted parameters to evaluate the quality and reliabity of the LDA, m,b are exact and steady.It can be concluded that the developed testing system demonstrates excellent performance and stability.

Reaction and distibution of oily sludge and

The oily sludge was studied through ICPOES and SEM measurements and chemical qualitative analysis methods. Both the results of ICPOES and chemical methods showed that carbonate was the main component. Rhombic calcite and spherical vaterite were observed by SEM. Carbon dioxide is produced when oily sludge and hydrochloric acid slug combinations are injected into porous media. Experiments are made about the infludence of two injection modes on reaction efficiency and porous medium permeability. The reaction efficiency of alternating slug injection is lower than that of blended injection. The gas volume produced increases exponentially with the increase in the oily sludgehydrochloric acid system volume in blended injection process, while it declines exponentially with the increase in the isolation slug volume in alternating slug injection process. The two modes are common in the fact that the permeability declines exponentially with the increase in the injection volume, which indicates more particle invasion. As a conclusion, the formation damage degree is well related to the reaction efficiency of oily sludge and hydrochloric acid, and the invasion depth is the main contribution to the formation damage.
