摘要：

考虑有限链上的部分保序变换半群POn, 通过对其幂等元的分析, 得到了POn极大子半带的结构与分类.

Abstract:

The authors studied the semigroup POn, consisting of all singular partial orderpreserving transformations on a finite chain. Analyzing the idempotent elements, we completely obtained the structures and classification of the maximal subsemibands of the semigroup PO_n.
