Abstract: The goal programming of the large scale with a general diagonal structure was decomposed into several subproblems. The relations among the optimum solutions of the subproblems and the relations among the optimum solutions of the subproblems and the optimum solutions of the original problem were studied. At the same time, the existences of optimum solutions of the original problem were also discussed.
