Abstract:

Using the theory of generalized polynomial identities, the author investigated the rings satisfying some differential identities. Let R be
a prime ring with the characteristic different from 2, L a noncentral Lie ideal of R and d a derivation of R, then d=0 if u^l(d(v)°v)^mwⁿ=0 for all u,v,w∈L, where l,m,n are fixed positive integers.
