摘要:
牙固连是一种牙骨质与周围牙槽骨直接结合的临床疾病,可导致牙齿功能和美观上的缺陷,其病因与遗传、代谢和局部刺激等因素有关。牙固连的诊断需要结合患者临床表现和影像学检查,以提高诊断的准确性。牙固连的治疗具有较大的挑战性,正畸联合其他学科治疗牙固连提供了一种新的、综合性的治疗方案,可将传统正畸技术与截骨术、牵张成骨术、正畸骨牵拉术、骨皮质切开术、脱位术和自体牙移植技术相结合。牙固连治疗需要多个学科的配合,由口腔正畸科、口腔外科和口腔内科等领域的专家共同参与制订最佳的治疗方案,综合性的治疗方法较传统治疗方法可获得更好的临床疗效。现对牙固连的病因、诊断和正畸联合其他学科治疗牙固连的方法进行综述,分析不同治疗方案的利弊,并对临床疗效及风险进行评估,为牙固连的治疗提供新的思路。
