Forward Simulation with High Accuracy of Ground Nuclear Magnetic Resonance

Abstract: To simulate surface Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) signal efficiently and accurately, kernel function can be computed from the known values at certain nodes as few as possible by means of continuous fraction interpolation. Numerical results of a single aquifer embedded into free space show that the combination of Gaussion quadrature and continuous fraction interpolation can speed up surface NMR simulation without losing accuracy.
