全固态奎宁选择电极的研制与应用

摘要: 首次报道了以奎宁碘化物与碘化铋形成的分子缔合物为电活性物的全固态盐酸奎宁选择电极,电极的线性响应范围为 1.0×10 -1~1.0×10-5 mol/L,级差为 40 mV/pC,检测限为 2.5×10-6 mol/L。pH值在 3.08~6.10范围内变化时,引起的电势变化不超过±1mV。该电极制作简便、操作灵活、重现性好,结果与药典法相符。

Abstract: In this paper,a new all solid state quinine selective electrode based on quinine and bismuth iodide association complex is reported for the first time.The electrode shows nernst response for quinine with a slope of 40 mV/pC over the concentration range of 1.0×10-1~1.0×10-5 mol/L.The detection limit is 2.5×10-6 mol/L.While pH is at 3.08~6.10,the change of the electrode response does not exceed ±1mV.The electrode possesses fast response and good reproductibility.The procedures of this method are simple and the results obtained agree with those of pharmacopoeia.
