电控LPG液态喷射发动机的改装与性能试验

摘要: 介绍了电控喷射汽油发动机改装成为LPG液态喷射(LPI)发动机的技术方法,并对LPI发动机的性能进行了系统的试验研究.结果表明,采用LPI系统,发动机的动力性可达到原汽油机的水平,经济性有所改善,排放指标可以达到欧洲2号排放标准,但进气门和气门座的磨损比燃用汽油时严重.

Abstract: In this paper, the technical conversion of electronic control gasoline injection engine into LPG liquid injection (LPI) engine is introduced and the research about LPI engine performance is conducted. The results show that LPI engine power can get the same level with original gasoline engine, fuel consumption has some improvement, and exhaust emission can meet the Europe II standard. However, according to the durability test, the materials of the intake valves and intake valve seats are to be improved.
