填料式折流板厌氧反应器处理啤酒废水

摘要:

对填料式折流板厌氧反应器(ABR)处理啤酒废水进行了研究,进行了系统的稳定运行性能试验,系统的二次启动性能及与普通折流板厌氧反应器的对比试验等。结果表明:填料式折流板厌氧反应器对COD去除有明显的作用,COD去除率平均高达75%。二次启动达到稳定耗时更短,通过与普通ABR反应器作对比试验,得出带有填料的ABR反应器无论在启动过程和稳定运行阶段都表现出比ABR更好的效果,具有更高的稳定性。

Abstract:

The treatment of brewer wastewater was studied using a hybrid anaerobic baffled reactor(ABR), including the steady-state operation performance test, the second start-up behavior test, and the comparative test with the traditional ABR. The results show that the filling material in the hybrid ABR has the obvious good effect on the COD removal with the average COD removal efficiency of 75%. The time interval from the second start to achieving the stable performance for the hybrid ABR is shorter than that of traditional ABR. The performance stability of the hybrid ABR is better than the traditional ABR, the former is characterized by general good performance both during the start-up phase and in the stable operation.
