摘要: 分析了现有铜线退火工艺的能耗损失及质量问题,研制开发了新型水封式铜线退火炉,彻底改变了传统的传热结构,明显提高了传热效率和退火质量。

Abstract: In this paper,energy loss and problems about copper line annealing process are analysed.A new type of water sealed copper line annealing furnace has been developed,which differs from traditional ones in structure conducting heat completely.The applications raise the efficiency and quality.
