Beam space-time block coding for wireless communications

Abstract: A beamforming approach based on third order cyclic statistics is presented in this paper.And a new beam space time block coding scheme with this approach by using dual antenna arrays at base station and multi antenna elements at mobile terminal is proposed.This scheme can improve mobile terminal receiving performance and increase the communication capacity for entire wireless communication system.Simulation results show the effectiveness of this scheme.
