Reliability influence analysis of subsystem in NC machine tools

Abstract:

Failure number reliability influence model, failure downtime reliability influence model as well as dynamic reliability influence model of NC machine tool were established. Some subsystems reliability influence for failure data of domestic NC machine tools were calculated and ranked. Finally, the three model's results were compared and analyzed through appropriate method,and the key subsystems were found and this result will be helpful for failure analysis and reliability improvement.
