Design of running state diagnosis of equipment system based on extenics

Abstract:

Against the situation that the manual diagnosis on the equipment operation condition is deficient, the application of extenics has been employed to design a diagnosis system on the equipment operation condition. The system integrated the data collection, display, store, analysis, diagnosis and warning into one, evaluated the extenics model and the extenics model of the equipment operation condition by considering the importance of the equipment. The system has an intelligent function on the condition diagnosis, could make diagnosis and identification on multilevels and multiangels based on the premonitory parameter and equipment information. So it provides a software tool for the application of the extension in the diagnosis system of the equipment operation condition.
