Experimental Study On Limit Cutting Depth by Optimal Controlling Spindle Speed

Abstract:

The limit cutting depth of the machining system with optimal controlling spindle speed is studied by experiments.The experimental set up and the experimental method are introduced.The results show that the limit cutting depth of the machining system with optimal controlling spindle speed is improved more greatly than that of uncontrolled system and the cutting efficiency of the machine tool can be improved on a large scale by spindle speed optimal control.
