The Research on an Analysis Method for Input Buffer Limitation

Abstract: In this paper,an analysis method on input buffer limitation is discussed,and its generalized stochastic Petri nets model and reachability graph are built.Therefore,input buffer limitation mechanism can be described and analyzed.By comparing uncontrolled and limited models,the performance evalations of them are further presented.Based on the experiments,input buffer limitation mode can control and prevent the congestion,and improve the system performance.
