Study on Control for Suspension Damping and Test of CA6440 Light-duty Bus

The semi-active suspension with adjustable damping makes automobile possess good stability and ride comfort when it runs along straight line,speeds up,brakes and turns.The paper establishes seven freedom model of CA6440 light duty bus,analyzes the conditions of running along straight line,speeding up,braking and turning with simulation.The adjustable shock absorbers with two damping values are developed,and the bench test is made.

In order to study the intake air flow characteristics,the research designs a set of devices which can be used to measure outlet air flow field of intake ports and the intake air flow field in cylinder according to the principle of hot wire anemometer.The velocity distributions around the intake valve annulus and in cylinder are measured on a steady flow inlet port testing stand with the devices.

This paper studies the second stage sampling methods used in the two stage sampling survey for waterway transportation volume.Based on the analysis of a great amount of data acquired from experimental survey,a reasonable sample volume and a feasible sampling method are presented.

Curve style recognition is one of the critical technologies in intelligent CAD for vehicle cover panel.Invariant moment method is used widely in the field of image recognition.The authors have reformed the invariant moment method to meet the special request of the contour lines recognition.Combining the invariant moment method with the BP neutral network has produced ideal results.

Joining for the material of the bionic unsmoothed unit(white cast iron)is one of the key technology in the studies of the bionic unsmoothed surface for the reducing soil adhesion and plowing resistance.The interface features of the metallurgy action and the influence of the interface on the brazing joint mechanical property are investigated for poly copper based filler metal brazing white cast iron by using metallography?SEM?electron probe and X ray diffractometer.Interface metallurgy action is intense for copper based filler metal brazing white cast iron and the influence of the time and temperature on the interface formation is obvious.The formation of the complicated interface reduces the brazing joint shearing strength.Fracture originates from the interface of the brazing joint along copper based filler metal brazing white cast iron.

The Research on an Analysis Method for Input Buffer Limitation

In this paper,an analysis method on input buffer limitation is discussed,and its generalized stochastic Petri nets model and reachability graph are built.Therefore,input buffer limitation mechanism can be described and analyzed.By comparing uncontrolled and limited models,the performance evalations of them are further presented.Based on the experiments,input buffer limitation mode can control and prevent the congestion,and improve the system performance.

This paper presents a method for eigenvalue placements of defective systems.In order to improve the characteristics of defective system,the defective repeated eigenvalues can be assigned to be distinct eigenvalues.A method for computing the gain matrix is given based on the modal coordinate equation.As an application of the present procedure,a numerical is given.

There are many factors to cause traffic accidents,one important cause is that road surface resistance to slipping can not fit auto traveling speed,especially when the road is not maintained property.Both the adhesion coefficient separation between left and right wheels and sudden change of adhesion coefficient in a section of the road can easily cause traffic accidents because the automobile is out of control.The example given is of representation.

In this paper,the distribution of engine surface noise is measured by means of complex acoustic intensity method.Surface noise sources of S493Q diesel engine are identified.After the main noise sources are located,noise suppression measurement is adopted,and noise suppression effect is obtained.

A High Frequency AC Power Drive System for Electric Vehicles

A high frequency AC power drive system for induction motor is introduced in order to improve the performance of electric vehicle(EV) drive system.The suggested system consists of high frequency(HF) resonant inverter,HF transformer and HFAC pulse density modulation (PDM) converter.The inverter changes battery DC voltage into AC signal with 20 kHz,which is distributed as power sources for different equipment in EV by the transformer.Using zero voltage switching the PDM converter allows low distortion synthesis of single AC for induction motor drive system.From the theoretical analysis and simulation results,the proposed configuration permits flexibility in the choice of voltage levels in the EV,freedom from acoustic noise,and possesses high efficiency,faster system response,less penalty to bulky components and higher energy density.

This dissertation presents GA-GRNN algorithm for factor analysis,based on the theories of Genetic Algorithm and Artificial Neural Network.The idea of this method is to decide the importance of the parameter based on the trend of evolution of the parameter individually.The principle,feasibility and the experiment evaluation are discussed.The conclusion is proved by the experiments.

A new testing system is developed for internal combustion engine crankshaft torsional vibration.Its working principle,technical features and measurement results are also presented.A test of a turbo charged diesel crankshaft torsional vibration is made.The system realizes digital testing,improves the testing accuracy and makes the result much more a reality because PC and parallel data interface are used.

The impact tests of two brush plating (Ni-Cu-P and Ni-P) coatings are investigated using self built impact wear test rig.SEM is used to analyze the surface of the samples before and after impact.The adhesion characteristic of coatings under impact is discussed in detail.Surface contract adhesion of coatings is considered as one of main impact characteristics.The difference of two coatings is compared.

To improve the stud welder performance and welding quality,this paper adopts automatic computer control system to the welder.With two parallel circuits on arc powered supply,it settles the welding current unicity,stabilizes forerunner arc and ensures enough welding time.In the meantime,the automatic adjustment and optimization function for welding will make the modern flow production more smoothly and reliable.
