Evaluation model of regional competition ability of talents

Abstract: In order to evaluate the region competition ability of talent element,this paper defined the concept of talent element region competition ability and analysed the affective factors to talent element region competition ability and built the evaluation index system.Utilizing the key factor analysis method,an evaluation model of talent element region competition ability was set up, and some pragmatic study were made.
