Spectrum-keeping algorithm for fusing based on PCA

Abstract:

Aiming at the severe spectrum distortion of the traditional PCA fusion method,starting from anlysing the sensor non-consistency of spectrum response range,different fusion strategies were used for distortion region and non-distortion region by pre-judging the spectrum distortion region of the fusion image.In the non-distortion region,the traditional PCA method was used to fuse. While in the distortion region,the first principal component was replaced by the wavelet fusion of it and the pan chromatic image.And a new multilayer fusion flow was propsed to improve the distortion problem of fusion image.Experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve high fidelity of the image fusion have hign adaptability.
