Study on capacity forecast of urban cars based on environmental protection

Abstract:

This paper,based on environmental protection,determines the capacity of urban cars in aperiod by taking into accountresidents’different choices of trip modes on different distance and a minimum of travel time as the optimization goals.The method has been applied to Liaoyuan City and the calculated result proves that the model is validand has actual reference value,which will provide a basis for the carm an agement and Comprehensive Traffic Planning of the city.
