摘要: 利用聚[2-甲氧基-5-(2'-乙烯基-己氧基)聚对苯乙烯撑](MEH-PPV)材料制备出单层光伏器件,并对其光电特性进行研究.

Abstract: We fabricated single layer photovoltaic devices with poly[2-methoxy-5-(2'-ethyl-hexyloxy)-1,4-phenylene vinylene](MEH-PPV) and the photovoltaic properties of them were investigated .
