摘要: 根据小波变换在不同的尺度层具有自适应时频窗性质, 在边缘提取过程中 选取了Mallat多尺度小波变换, 使阈值选取得到了改善. 依据显微细胞图像的特点, 通过对细胞边缘和背景噪声采取不同的阈值(加权阈值法), 再利用小波变换的模角可分离性质有效地分离出细胞边缘. 结果表明, 这种阈值选取法对于显微细胞图像的边缘提取是一种有效的方法.

Abstract: Because the wavelet transform has different focus for different scale layer, the choice of the threshold in Mallat’s multiscale edges extraction algorithm based on wavelet is improved. According to characters of the micro images one can set different threshold values for cell edge and background noise by using the self adaptive time-frequency feature of the wavelet. Then the cell edge can be effectively determined by separating the modulo angle. Experiment results of choosing different threshold value show that it is effective.
