摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为了实现多分辨率数据流编码, 提高系统的交互性, 提出一个基于小波变换理论的数字编码解码处理系统. 把小波变换理论应用于视频图像的编解码中，设计了基于小波变换、嵌入式零树编码的编解器, 组建了一套视频采集播放系统. 该系统能实现数据采集及播放, 并能根据需要适应不同频率、不同带宽的播放.

关键词: 小波变换, 多分辨率分析, 嵌入式零树小波编码

Abstract: The present paper presents a code and decode system based on the digital code of wavelet transform theory in order to implement multiresolution data flow encode and enha nce the interpolation of a system. This system is based on wavelet transform technique with digital signal processi ng method. An embedded zerotree encoder is designed on the basis of wavelet transform theory applied to the encode of video images a nd a video collection-play system is established that implements the data collection-play and is suitable to the play meeting the needs of proposed frequency and band width.
