摘要: 研究“零售业决策支持系统”中收银员调度问题和POS机管理问题的求解及实现. 通过收银员问题的调度模式指出相应的求解算法, 并针对不同的调度模式分别给出相应的数学模型、 用于解决POS机管理问题的模型和求解方法以及实现这些问题的求解系统.

关键词: 收银员调度, POS机管理, 线性规划, 随机服务模型

Abstract: The solution and implementation for the scheduling problem of checkout employees and the management problem of POS machines in the supermarkets were explored in this paper. First, the several modes for scheduling the checkout employees were summarized, and then the algorithms for solving them were explained. Furthermore, the corresponding mathematic models for different scheduling modes were given respectively. Second, the model and process for solving management problem for POS machines were illuminated. At Last, the description of function, system structure chart and interface design of the system for solving both employee scheduling problem and POS machine managing problem were presented.
