摘要： 利用构造性代数几何工具，给出任意非均匀矩形格点上的插值基.

Abstract: This paper deals with the Hermite interpolation problems of nonuniform rectangular grids based on constructive algebraic geometry tools, and presents the expressions of interpolation basis for 2-dimensional real space.
