辣根过氧化物酶催化合成聚-4-羟基苯乙烯基吡啶

摘要: 利用辣根过氧化物酶催化合成了新型共轭聚合物----聚-4-羟基苯乙烯基吡啶, 辣根过氧化物酶的催化氧化反应使底物中的苯环直接聚合. 荧光光谱研究结果表明, 聚合物具有良好的光致发光特性, 辣根过氧化物酶能有效地催化4-羟基苯乙烯基吡啶的聚 合反应.

Abstract: A novel conjugated poly-4-hydroxyl-styrylpyridine was synthesized under the catalysis of horseradish peroxidase. The phenyl ring of 4-hydroxyl -styrylpyridine was polymerized directly in the enzyme catalyzing reaction. The fluorescent spectra of the mo nomer and the polymer indicate that poly-4-hydroxyl-styrylpyridine has a good photoluminescence character and the polymer has a bigger conjugated system and r igidity than the monomer.
