钴离子交换H型及Na型ZSM-5的表征及乙烷氨氧化反应性能

Characterization and Ethane Ammoxidation Property of Cobalt Ion-exchanged H-and Na-Form ZSM-5 Zeolites

摘要: 采用液相离子交换法制备了不同钴含量的Co-HZSM-5和Co-NaZSM-5分子筛催化剂, 通过NH3-TPD,IR,UV-Vis及H2-TPR等手段对催化剂的酸碱性质及氧化还原性质进行表征, 并与乙烷氨氧化反应性能进行了关联. 结果显示, 无论H型或Na型ZSM-5分子筛, Co2+离子的引入均导致两种新的L酸中心生成. 共存阳离子(H+,Na+)对Co2+离子的氧化还原性质有很大影响, 从而对乙烷氨氧化反应性能产生影响.

Abstract: Various Co-HZSM-5 and Co-NaZSM-5 zeolites, prepared by means of liquid-phase ion-exchange method, were characterized by means of NH3-TPD, IR, UV-Vis and H2-TPR for studying the relationship between the acid-base or redox properties and the catalytic ammoxidation performance of ethane. For both types of Na- and H-ZSM-5, the introduction of Co2+ cations results in the formation of two new types of Lewis acid sites. The presence of co-cations (i.e. H+ and Na+) has a great effect on the redox properties of Co2+ ions, thus influencing the catalytic activity and selectivity for the reaction of ethane ammoxidation.
